Terrible Customer Service!
1 stars - sally - Friday, March 16, 2012 - 12:26 PM

Beware before you open an account. People in this bank will not work with you. Anytime you need anything it takes phonecall, after phonecall, after phonecall. They do not treat all customers equally. Happy to do favors to some people and stay cold towards others.
You'd think a small town branch will have the advantages of helpul, friendly service. Not in this bank. Even if they make a mistake they will not appologize. They will promise to fix it, but let it be. And yes the problem gets eventually fixed, only if you make it happen, because they sure don't want to waste their lunch time trying to solve your problem...even though they caused it to begin with.
You would expect that people this bank employs will have at least average intelligence. It is so frustrating to try to talk to someone who simply isn't getting what you say. Unless you make the speach simple enough for a child to understand, you are wasting your breath. That's sad.

Constructive criticism? Banks are competing to atract customers, you are doing the oposite. I am closing my accounts and moving to a different bank that is willing to be there for me! The only recomendation I'll ever give to anyone would be to stay away from Bank of Kansas!
