- Anonymous - Tuesday, August 2, 2011 - 11:42 PMOne start is one start too many for this bank, but I have no choice. This bank will suck you dry with fees and miss-leading information. First, this bank would organize the transactions from high to low so the big checks take most of your balance, therefore, they can charge as many fees as they can. You can't count on your online balance since it is not always what the actual balance is. In my case, I was looking at a positive balance the night before some checks came in, and of course, the big check was first instead of clearing the checks that could be covered, and then the one that should have bounced. When I called to complain, the customer service agent told me that my account had been negative since 7/29/11, this is on 8/2/11. Why was it showing a positive balance the night before? I'm not saying I have no responsibility on keeping the amount I needed to cover all the checks, but I was misled by the balance on the night before. Also, the transactions seem to take forever to process, and the deposits are held for the longest time hoping you bounce more checks or your wife buys something at the supermarket with the debit card not knowing that the money deposited 3 or 4 days ago is still not available. When I asked for a supervisor, she would not help at all and did not care if I kept banking with them or not. I look at the ratings on other sites with more reviews, and this bank has nothing but one stars with lots of similar complaints. Stay away if you don't want to be dried up with fees.

Worst Bank In History Of FL Banking
- DCCUstinks - Tuesday, December 14, 2010 - 6:52 AMThey stole $800 in unreasonable fees from me this year and I have made several complaints to office of thrift supervision. Save yourself the migraines and go to ANY OTHER Bank, They have third party horrible customer service. Truth is they have NO customer service and could care less about the customer. This is one bank I hope to see fail in the very near future.

Worst Community Relations Banking
I was abused and lied to about charges as well. I tried to move all my money into the checking from the other accounts to cover any charges that may show up after I underwent surgery and would not be able to veiw the account or make changes due to my incapacity. Well a charge did show up unexpectedly and I was soaked for hundreds of dollar until they finally tapped my other account for excessive fees. That is a crime, I had the money and they could have done better to retrieve the funds instaed of letting it get so high that they wiped out the account. Then they lied to me and siad they woould meet me half way on the charges and never did. BAD BUSINESS!
