Honest Folks Who Have A Brain
5 stars - Bobes - Thursday, May 12, 2011 - 12:27 PM

My experience with Clifton Savings Bank was with a mortgage a few years ago. Their staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that I could have a real conversation with them and I know their home loan department are the kind of people who will try to work with you if you fall on hard times. After a courteous meeting with their home loans department, I was pre-qualified for a loan. I found them very helpful in answering questions about the loan or about viewing mortgage activity online. You will need to look into personal banking products yourself, but in terms of home loans and customer service, this bank was a pleasure to work with.
