FIRST NATIONAL BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE
1 stars - DAVE1961 - Thursday, February 16, 2012 - 11:45 AM

i had a first national bank american express card and had a perfect payment history. I aquired another credit card and bought a new car and without even giving me notice they cancelled my account. There is no collections on my credit and no late payments on any of my accounts. Talk about loyality and being left high and dry on a vacation. I was warned by other people not to use them and I am now warning you that this bank is BAD NEWS !!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! AND THEY SEE NO-ONE AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!!!
