No Customer Service
I was attracted to this credit union because of their great rates. However, after opening a savings account and then trying to add a money market account, it became a twilight zone experience. Called and called and I kept getting an answer machine. When I did get someone, they said they would get an answer and get back to me. I sent email after email and got one response. They said they were shorthanded and that's an understatement. If their rate was 10%, it would not be worth the hassle. I called today and closed my account after 5 weeks.
