West Hurley Branch
1 stars - catsuny - Saturday, February 19, 2011 - 6:30 AM

This bank scores very well in the slowest speed ,and tellers who cant find your account and must always have a license to verify and after using the window hoping speed would be better  ah no on three occasions had to stop go back inside to return the over payment given to me..

someone needs to over see this branch and act like a customer for what it is worth i refuse to go back and guess i have to drive back to ULSTER AVENUE driving there is a pain but the service is impeccable and the staff have been pretty efficient and at least this branch manager works the lines and is around the employees to help them out she does it very gently to....thanks Hurley for making me use more gas to travel...if i ran these banks id close Hurley and open in the middle of saugerties..now thats an idea
