Without Question The Worst Bank In Illinois
B.O.C. is the most poorly organized bank I have ever dealt with. I have worked with them regarding a number of commercial loans. They have no power or ability to make decisions any longer even at the bank President level. The FDIC has them by the balls and they can't loan money or make modifications under almost any circumstance. They nearly got shut down by the FDIC this year and the trend is moving downward. If you have the ability to do so move your money now!
