A Better Option, And Not For Profit
Could not be more pleased with the University of Illinois Credit Union. After ten years with Busey I became frustrated with the mergers and their service levels have decreased in my opinion. I think because their staff are so woried about what will happen to them and if they they are keeping their jobs.
The credit union has been very helpful, I was able to refinance both my car loans and my mortgage. Good service, friendly but professional people. They also have a orange visa card that has the University logo on it that has a low rate. And I was approved for one of those too, but I don't really carry a balance so I will try their rewards program.
Good place, hope they keep growing.
