Big Increase in E*Trade Bank's CD Rates

I just noticed a substantial increase in E*Trade's CD rates. E*Trade's 6-month CD now has a rate of 4.33% APY making it the top 6-month CD of internet banks. Their 5-year CD is also on top with a rate of 5.02% APY. The rates of the other terms aren't the best but they are very competitive. Below is the full list of the APYs by term for ETrade's fixed-rate CDs:
In a September post I had noted that the 6-month and 12-month CD had rates of 3.91% and 4.23% APY. These were just average compared to other online banks.
Also in that September post, I had described a $50 signup bonus for opening an E*Trade Money Market Account. This bonus seems to be still valid. The promotion page says it's good until November 15th. One change in the promotion is a higher introductory rate. Now it's 4.10% for the first 3-months compared to 3.65% in September.
With the new CD rates, this deal is even better. Looks like you can get both the $50 bonus and the intro 4.10% rate if you fund the money market account with $100. To avoid fees requires $1K balance or a $5K combined balance. So this $5K could be in their 6-month CD earning a top rate of 4.33%.
Term APY
5 Year 5.02%
3 Year 4.75%
2.5 Year 4.73%
2 Year 4.70%
1.5 Year 4.65%
15 Month 4.60%
1 Year 4.57%
6 Month 4.33%
3 Month 4.02%
