5.25% 17-Month CD at a Wyoming CU

Warren Federal Credit Union is offering a 5.25% APY 17-month certificate of deposit. There's a $25K minimum balance requirement and at least 50% of the deposit must be new money. The credit union's field of membership includes those who live in areas of Cheyenne, Wyoming. There is also a large list of Select Employee Groups. I just noticed that this is my first deal for a credit union or bank inside Wyoming. Since it is the smallest state in terms of population, there are probably not too many financial institutions. Wyoming's population is around 500K. The three biggest cities are Cheyenne, Casper and Laramie, and all have populations under 100K.
