First Conerstone Bank is offering a 5.30% APY 13-month certificate of deposit. The minimum deposit is $1,000 and the CD requires money new to the bank. This special does not seem to be listed at the bank's website. It was advertised in today's Philadelphia Inquirer. The ad is available online here.
