4.75% Savings Account at 1st Constitution Bank

1st Constitution Bank is offering 4.75% APY guaranteed through 11/30/06 on their Super Savings Account. It requires $10K to open and there's a $20 monthly fee if the balance falls below $10K. Balances under $10K earn 1.60% APY. For a Brick-and-Mortar bank, this is a decent deal. For those who don't mind internet banks, I would recommend GMAC Bank (see post).
