$100 Checking Account Bonus at a Massachusetts Bank (no DD)

Winchester Savings Bank is offering a $100 bonus for opening a new NOW or SuperNow checking account. There are no direct deposit requirements. Offer expires 7/8/06 and is only available to residents of Massachusetts who don't already have a checking account at the bank. It requires a minimum of 10 checks cleared and/or online bill payments during the first 3 months. The $100 will be deposited after the account has been opened for 3 months.

I can't find on the bank's website if there are any monthly fees associated with these checking accounts. The only information I can find is related to the interest rates.

The bank has branches in Winchester and Woburn, Massachusetts.
