5.50% 9-Month CD at a Massachusetts Bank

Danvers Savings Bank is advertising a 5.50% APY 9-month certificate of deposit. There's a $500 minimum to open and it requires you to open a checking account with direct deposit. This special is not listed at the bank's website. It appeared in an ad in today's Boston Globe.

Branches are located in several Massachusetts cities including Andover, Beverly, Chelsa, Danvers, Middleton, Peabody, Reading, Revere, Salem, Wilmington and Woburn.
