BBC News: ING bank faces charges in the US

According to this BBC article, regulators say ING did not disclose conflicts of interest that may have affected investment choices. Looks like this has nothing to due with ING Direct Bank. It involves only ING Financial Advisors and ING Life Insurance and Annuity Co. Nevertheless, it's not good publicity for ING. Perhaps ING Direct will do a new promotion for some good publicity.
