5.75% 9-Month CD at a Rhode Island CU (Wave)

Wave FCU is offering a special 5.75% APY 9-month certificate. The minimum deposit is $2,500. It's also available as in IRA CD.
You may note that the home page states that it's 4.75%. I called the credit union and confirmed that it is 5.75% APY with 5.60% interest as specified in the rate table.
The credit union also has a special on auto loans with a rate as low as 4.99% for a 3-year new auto loan.
The field of membership includes anyone who lives, works, attends school or worships in Providence, Warwick, Pawtucket, Cranston, East Greenwich, North Kingstown, South Kingstown, West Greenwich, West Warwick and Coventry, Rhode Island.
The credit union is NCUA insured. It has $62 million in assets and 5,223 members.
