Town & Country Bank has some high rates on its certificates of deposit and IRA's. They include a 5.48% APY 6-month CD, a 5.54% APY 12-month CD, a 5.56% APY 24-month CD and a 5.59% APY CD with terms of 3, 4 and 5 years. The minimum deposit is $500, and the maximum deposit is $100K.

It's a one-office bank located in Leawood, Kansas which is in the southern suburbs of Kansas City. It has been FDIC insured since 2001 (FDIC Certificate # 57303).
