6.00% 60-Month / 5.75% 13-Month CD at a California CU (Central State)

Central State Credit Union has a 13 month special certificate with a yield of 5.75% APY. The minimum deposit is $1,000. The special is for current checking account holders or new checking accounts with Direct Deposit. There's also a 60 month certificate with a yield of 6.00% APY and a $10,000 minimum deposit. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, or worships in San Joaquin or Calaveras County, CA. Please refer to their membership page for more details. Membership requires a $5 membership fee and a minimum deposit of $5 in the savings account.
