5.50% 60-Month CD at a Chicago Bank (Washington Federal)

Washington Federal Bank for Savings is offering a 5.50% APY 60-month certificate of deposit. The minimum deposit is $1,000. Since the rate sheet had an August date, I called yesterday and confirmed that it's still available. However, I was told that the special 18-month CD yield has dropped from 5.25% to 4.75% APY. According to the banking rep, 5.50% APY should be available at least until Friday. A branch visit is required.
