5.43% 15-Month CD at a Carolina CU Continues (Carolina Telco).

Carolina Telco Federal Credit Union continues listing a special 5.43% APY 15-month share certificate. The minimum deposit is $25,000. There's also a special 5.38% APY 10-month certificate with a $10,000 minimum deposit. The credit union also has some very competitive long term IRA certificates. The highest yield is a 5.62% APY 46-month CD with a step-up option. My last report on these CDs was in October.

Membership is open to employees, independent contractors, or self-employed persons, who work regularly in the Telecommunications Services Industry in North Carolina or South Carolina. Please see the credit union's Eligibility page for more details. Membership requires a $1 fee and a minimum $25 deposit into your Prime Share Savings Account.
