Update 3/1/08: The CD rates have fallen. Please check the institution's website for the latest rates.

First Basin Credit Union has some high yields on its certificates. The top yields include 4.70% APY for a 12-month term, 4.90% APY for a 36-month term and 5.00% APY for a 60-month term. The minimum deposit is $1,000. These are also available in an IRA. The rate table has a 2/1/08 date so hopefully these rates will last at least through this week.
