$150 Checking Account Bonus at a Maryland Bank (The Columbia)

The Columbia Bank is offering a bonus of up to $150 for opening a Free Checking Account at its Arundeal Preserve Branch in Hanover, Maryland (suburbs of Baltimore). The first $100 is awarded for signing up for e-statements, and you can get another $50 after the first direct deposit. There is no minimum deposit. The checking account must be opened by 8/31/08.

This promotion doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. It was mentioned in this FW thread, and there's also a scan of this offer in that thread.
