3.00% Reward Checking Account at Utah Central Credit Union

Utah Central Credit Union has a rewards checking account that pays 3.00% APY on balances up to $50,000 if the following monthly requirements are met:
Membership is open to residents of either Salt Lake or Carbon County. Please see their Membership Eligibility Page for more details. Membership requires a minimum balance of $25 in the regular savings account.
Branches are located in the Utah cities of Salt Lake City, Sandy, Herriman, Murray, West Valley City, West Jordan and Price. The credit union is federally insured by the NCUA (Charter # 67041). It has $159.0 million in assets and 20,976 members.

We opened an account there in May 2009. The credit union now has a cap of $50,000 for the 4.00% apy.

Thanks for the info. Do you know what the rate is for balances over $50,000? The credit union doesn't seem to provide many details on its website.

Please revise, UCCU has a misleading add on their webist for 4%. In reality, they offer 3%.
