Southern Trust Bank is offering a 5.00% APY 60-month CD. The minimum deposit is $1,000. Please refer to their rate table for more details.
It appears that a branch visit may be required to open the CD. Branches are located in the Southern Illinois cities of Goreville and Vienna. It's a relatively new bank that was established in 2005. It's a member FDIC (FDIC Certificate # 57897).
