4.25% 12-Month CD at a Florida Bank (Central)

Central Bank is offering a special CD called the 12 Month Rate Watcher that has a yield of 4.25% APY. The minimum deposit is $5,000. This Rate Watcher CD allows one rate increase during the 12 month term. There's also a 24 Month Rate Watcher CD which allows two rate bumps, but this only has a yield of 3.75% APY.
