4.25% 7-Month CD at Crown Bank in New Jersey

Crown Bank is offering a special 4.25% APY 7-month CD. The minimum deposit is $1,000. The special doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. It was advertised in the September 3rd New Jersey newspaper. The ad is available online here.
It appears that a branch visit is required to open an account. Branches are located in the cities of Newark, Harrison, Elizabeth, Brick, Linnwood and Ocean City.
The bank has some decent financial numbers: 3.5 stars (good) at BauerFinancial and 4 stars (sound) at Bankrate.com. Both are based on 3/31/08 data.
The bank has been FDIC insured since 1998 (FDIC Certificate # 34259).
