Easton Bank and Trust is offering a reward checking account which pays 2.51% APY on balances up to $25,000 (0.50% for above) and refunds ATM fees of up to $50 per cycle if the following monthly requirements are met:
There's an online application, but the application states that you have to come in to a branch location to complete the application process. Branches are located in the Maryland cities of Easton, Denton, Greensboro and Oxford. The bank has been FDIC insured since 1993 (FDIC Certificate # 33815).

The FIRST/ROI flash dated 1/16/09 lists lower yields: 4.01% APY to $50K; 1.25% over $50K; base rate remains same.
