5.25% 36-Month CD at First Bank & Trust in Louisiana

First Bank & Trust has a CD promotion with a 36-month CD paying 5.25% APY as of 11/19/08. The minimum deposit is $1,000, and it must be new money.
This special CD doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. A reader emailed me news of this, and I contacted the bank today. According to the CSR, this promotion will end soon. You can apply for this account online, but you still need to visit a branch to sign the signature card and to make the deposit.
Branches are located in the Louisiana cities of New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Covington, Harahan, Harvey, Kenner and Metairie.
The bank's financial ratings for soundness are fair: 3.5 stars (good) at BauerFinancial and 3 stars (performing) at Bankrate.com. Both ratings are based on 6/30/08 data. The bank has been FDIC insured since 1991 (FDIC Certificate # 33405).

Finally got someone today, Thursday 11/20. They said the CD promotion has ended as of 11/19 yesterday.
