These include a 3.56% APY 6-month CD, a 3.87% APY 12-month CD, a 4.01% APY 24-month CD, a 4.24% APY 36-month CD and a 4.60% APY 60-month CD. Minimum deposit is $1,000, and these are also available as an IRA CD. These rates are listed in the credit union's rate table as of 1/05/2009. According to the reader who emailed me this info, the credit union typically sets rates around the middle of the month, so there is probably still time to get these rates.
