Community Bank is offering a special 26-month Add-On CD with a 3.05% APY. Minimum deposit is $10,000. Additional deposits of at least $2,500 are allowed at any time during the CD term. This promotion is listed at the bank's home page as of 3/13/09. There's a link to this promotion page with the 3.05% APY and a CD start date of March 14, 2009.

The bank also offers a 4% APY reward checking account for balances up to $25K as of 3/13/09 (see post).
