2.80% 9-Month CD at Connex Credit Union in Connecticut - Local Only

Connex Credit Union is offering a special 9-month CD with a rate of up to 2.80% APY. This rate requires the credit union's Choice Checking which requires full direct deposit or a $5 monthly fee is imposed. Without Choice Checking, the CD rate is 2.55% APY which is still very competitive for a 9-month term. Minimum deposit is $500, and the maximum is $250,000. This promotion is listed at the credit union's What's New page as of 5/19/09.

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in New Haven, Hartford or Middlesex County. Refer to the credit union's Membership Page for more details. Membership requires a minimum $25 balance in the Regular Share Savings Account.
