Well, well at least this is a lot better than it has been, at least for those people.
Too bad its always "local" somewhere else, I have yet to see anything like this in my area. If I did I'd go for it and stop looking anymore. The only banks i have here, and deal with are Suntrust, BBT, Wells Fargo, and my local CU, NONE of which have rates like this.
