Although I live in Riverside County, and qualify for membership that way, I wasn't able to complete an application for membership online because Experian couldn't verify my address.  The Experian website shows three addresses for me, of which two are correct and one contains an incorrect number.  Anyway, SDCCU told me I either had to come into a branch with ID information (the nearest branch is 90 miles away) or apply by mail with notarized ID documents.
