You do not need a promo code , but the rate is now 3.0%. I applied on tues when it was 3.25% for an IRA rollover which comes due on 4/5/09.. They called me on Fri and and said the rate was dropping to 3.0%, so they said they would fax me the forms to sign and i should fax it back to lock in the 3.25%. Well my fax machine decided to stop working,. They called and said they will mail me the forms on Fri, but i Do not know what rate, either 3 or 3.25%, but since i signed up on tues i should get the higher rate. But we will see what they do.
