1) Are Illinois National City branches considered to be already "converted" , or would they still be available for this promo?, & 2) is this promo available to those who already have some type of NatCity checking?

Looks like they won't honor this offer unless you happen to have the hard-copy coupon they mailed out to specific potential customers. That's the message I got from calling the phone# mentioned, as well as from an online chat at their website.
