they changed the terms of the offer for all new account applicants including those who applied under old rules.
they are attermpting to make negative check system reports against those who they feel are trying to "take advantage" of this offer.
Are these actions legal? Can you retroactively change the terms of your offers? And use terrorism regulations against bargan shopers?

I open acct today. Their hours at 9-4 so u need to go during lunch or take some time off. When walking in, there are $150 promo flyers on the desks. Easy money if you are in the area.

I opened the account well before the changes. I even got an account #. Opening deposit was pulled from my credit card. However, 2 days later, they informed me that account request has been denied. Gave a lame execuse that my chexsystems report had too many inquiries from other banks!
