Not Lender Friendly

thought a small town bank would be more willing to lend and work with small buisness but was wrong.  The employees are extremely friendly and cant say enough good about them.  As far as lending, not good at all.  Tried several time for small loans on equipment ( 10,000 or less) and no go. Also had a case of theft and fraud and ultimatlly was told "not their problem"  lastly could not even get a credit card with them for small/low limit ( wanted 1000 or less)  and still no dice.  All and all they preach they are a small community bank and show all qualitys of a large corperate system.  yes i had some credit problems in the past (over 2 years ago) and i carry a monthly balance of over 15000 and have for a extended amout of time.  If you are considering them for the smalll town feel, you'll be suprised, there employees is where it stops.
