I Have Several Rcas With Bofs And Respectfully Disagree With Many Of The Negative Posts

I have several RCAs with BofS and respectfully disagree with many of the negative posts. 

Pros:

-Good website

- Good customer service

- Good BillPay feature

- Average-to-good steady interest rate

- Multiple accounts allowed

- Not fussy about small debit transacations

- Nationally available

- Fair/stable bank ratings (3* - 3.5*) with $600M asset

Cons:

- Strange ID system (tends to favor older folks with long credit history)

- Hidden e-statement sign-up
