ATM Fee Is For ATM Card (Savings) Not Debit Card

ATM fee is for ATM card (savings) not Debit card.  If you use the debit card or don't have one you would not be hit with any inactive fees.  Check out the relationship accounts for even better rates and virtually no fees.
