Despite the poor Texas Ratio and other information gathered on Valley Community Bank, they are still the best in CUSTOMER SERVICE.  No other bank, big or small, will ever compare to the way you are treated when you walk into any one of their branches.  When you dial their phone, you will always get a real person during business hours and you will have to speak to one person about any issue you have and you will get results.  I don't have a lot of money with them, but when I walk into the bank, they have a way of making me feel like I have a million dollars with them.  I wish I did have more money to put with them or I wish that there is something that I could do to improve their ratings.  They truly are a good bank and it would be a tragedy to see a small community bank that has done such great things in our community go under because of this horrible economy.  If you are in the area, give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.
