Royal Banks Lied to us!

They offered us Boomerang Bucks of $15 if we used 15 bill pay transactions.  After we went through the trouble, and I mean lots of trouble because they lost a payment, and took over a month and lots of headaches to return the money lost. 

After all this trouble, they refused to pay the $15 owed.  They said it was a contest.  There was nothing in the letter with the terms and conditions they e-mailed to us about this program being a contest. 

How's that for the integrity of a bank?
