I don't even see rates for any CDs listed at their Website. And you didn't even say if that rate is for a CD, or if so, for what term.

The info in my original post was for the rate change in the reward checking account (Maximum Free Checking), not for a CD. The link that you have is for the page that shows that RCA rate.

As far as CDs, it looks like they are no longer posting their CD rates online. Their rate sheet says "A penalty may be charged for early withdrawal of a Certificate of Deposit except for the No Penalty CD.... For the No Penalty CD no withdrawals are permitted during the first seven days of deposit." but no rates are provided. I have noticed that some institutions are doing that more frequently now, so whoever is interested has to call the institution for details.
