No Login At Discover Website

This morning all attempts to login at discover.com failed, evidently because the website is having technical problems (though there is no annoucement on the home page). I wonder whether this is another instance of the recent cyberattacks?

UPDATE: Problem seems to have been solved. Successful login at 9:50 AM.
