Credit Reporting Agencies

Does anyone know anything about Innovis Credit reporting agency?  I never heard of them. I saw it at the www.optoutprescreen.com site.  I wanted to stop all the offers I get in the mail.

Do we need to check our credit with them as we do with the 3 major reporting agencies?
