Credit for this find goes to this FW thread. It's interesting to see some of the comments in that FW thread questioning if this should be considered a criminal offense. It reminds me of the case in which two FW members plead guilty for wire fraud. I would say for this Citi case, it's even more of a blatant criminal offense.
