Bernanke's Stamp On Fed Could Tie Hands Of Successor

This is another sign that changes at the Fed are going to take a long time. According to this Reuters article:

President Barack Obama's next choice to head the U.S. Federal Reserve could have his or her hands tied if Ben Bernanke and company continue to re-write the policymaking rule book at their current clip.

Bernanke's ZIRP will extend all the way out to the year 2022 regardless who replaces him.

Have no idea what your "oversave" theory entails. Being diversified in one's investments is the key.
