$25 For Opening ING Direct Savings - No Minimum Deposit - New Customers Only

Just got a letter in the mail addressed to former occupant of my house, offering $25 for opening an ING Direct savings account. There's no minimum deposit, but the $25 will be held for 30 days after opening.

Use Reference Code D297U when opening. Valid through 12/31/2012.

It does state only for new customers so I assume it excludes the vast majority of us who have dealt with ING at some point in the past. But if you never had an ING account it looks to be a quick $25.
