I Wasted My Time Opening A "Rock Solid Rewards" Checking Account At Foundations Bank In Pewaukee

I wasted my time opening a "Rock Solid Rewards" checking account at Foundations Bank in Pewaukee, Wisconsin last October (2009).  Interest rate was 5.01%.  Early January, letter arrived dropping interest rate to 3.51%.  Last week, letter arrived (March 2, 2010) stating product was no longer going to be offered and existing accounts will continue with an interest rate of 0.85%!!

Strongly recommend avoiding these "teasers" who told me when I opened the account that they were committed to their rewards checking product and it was unlikely the interest rate would ever drop below 4%.
