I love banking with Wells Fargo! The customer service on the phone is so nice and aren't in some other country where I can barely understand them. They quickly and happily reimbursed me half of my overdraft fee (and have done multiple times before) for a overdraft I was unaware of for two days. Been with them for almost 10 years now and am not planning on leaving anytime soon!

1. Thursday, December 13, 2012 - 3:20 PMI will ditto travissarah comments on WF Bank. I was with Wachovia when they were bought out and have been with WF ever since. However, the only reason I stay is because I couldn't find a financial institution local to me that offers a faster ACH process. If you maintain the required amounts and have direct deposit all things are free. Bill pay with them is quick. I only using them as a checking account hub.
