JPMorgan Chase Jumped To First In Customer Survey, While Rivals Fall Back

Right!  I was told by the manager at Chase that they are a "People" bank and stay open later than other banks.  I told him I would rather them have regular hours and give us higher interest rates!  If they really were a "People" bank they would give their people better than the rock bottom interest they do!  Their 10 year CD rate has dropped so low it is a joke!  I use it for my checking mainly.  It certainly isn't a bank I look to for decent CD rates.

BTW, I just returned from my local Chase Bank and their 10 year CD is still giving just 1 %!  What customers can possibly be satisfied with that!  I wouldn't go out 10 years on a CD anyway but if the 10 year is that low, who wants to even know what the lesser years are giving!
